"I have a degree in Architectural Engineering and have always had a passion and interest for the art and labor that goes into building homes and structures. I want to share my knowledge and expertise as a student of architecture and a licensed home inspector to my clients so they can make informed decisions."
From architecture to inspection
Anthony Preston earned a degree in Architectural Engineering, the discipline that connects building design to how structures and building systems actually work. That training shapes how he inspects: he looks at a house as a system of structure, envelope and mechanical components, and explains how they affect each other.
He has spent five years inspecting homes, and now works throughout the Tampa Bay area from St. Petersburg.
